Tina, the founder and owner of Tartan Cowgirl and Highland Brims by Tartan Cowgirl, learned the art of western hat shaping. She attended the Hat Masters Course in Denver in August 2026. This investment included 100 hours of online modules and 24 hours of hands-on training for her certification.
