Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery or purchase date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Accessories, sale items, and discounted merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and item details. We will respond with instructions.

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
